Ms. Omondi and Prof. Geetha et al. published an article in Discover Sustainability
Part of the master’s research conducted by international student Omondi Elizabeth Akinyi, a graduate of the Global Sustainability Science Program, has been published in the international journal “Discover Sustainability” which disseminates research related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This research is expected to contribute to the sustainable use of natural resources and to local communities.

Omondi Elizabeth Akinyi is currently enrolled in the Sustainable Global Environmental Studies Program, Graduate School of Science and Engineering, University of Toyama, where she is conducting research on the sustainable use of non-timber forest products (NTPs).
